C.A.R. Liaison Committee
“I think you will agree with me that the hope of this country is with her youth….”- Harriet M. Lothrop, N.S.C.A.R. Founder
The National Society of the Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.) is the nation’s oldest, largest, patriotic youth organization dedicated to the education and training of America’s youth. C.A.R. has long-standing ties with the SAR, the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), and the Sons of the Revolution (S.R.), looking to these parent organizations for mentorship as well as financial support.
C.A.R. develops good citizens and trains our future leaders at all levels of the organization. SAR plays a large role in this training through the SAR-C.A.R. Liaison Committee. Your donation supports this committee’s activities and special donation projects to support the C.A.R.
Past committee support includes:
- Purchase of new collapsible flag poles and state flags for use at C.A.R. National Convention
- Purchase of Headquarters equipment and furnishings
- Annual support of the C.A.R. National President’s project
Help the SAR’s to train the next generation about citizenship, leadership, history, and service by making your gift here.
